Beauty Ring Flash
This is the mount for the light stand, it is composed of a small L Bracket, two bolts and nuts. There is a small ball mini camera mount in there. And two tubes of black plastic cut at an angle to match the curvature of the dish. Thanks to my friend Dennis for coming up with this.

Start with the Foto from Ikea, it is already painted White on the inside, and is light weight aluminum, which is easy to dremel and drill into. the Foto is a hanging pendant light fixture. They have several sizes to choose from.
